Martin, CEO, President\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:michael.martin@lwipartners.com\">michael.martin@lwipartners.com<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">From 1998-2013 Mr.\u00a0Martin was President and CEO of Windell Investments, Inc., a privately held real estate investment management company.\u00a0\u00a0There he acquired, managed, operated and disposed of a property portfolio in excess of 2,000,000 square feet, including office, industrial, R&amp;D buildings, and data centers\u00a0in Southern California.\u00a0 Mr.\u00a0Martin directed the company to perform all the necessary acquisition underwriting,\u00a0due diligence, title, financing and sale\/lease negotiations for all assets.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Prior to 1998, Mr. Martin\u00a0was President of Merchant Realty\u00a0Corporation, a real estate\u00a0investment banking and research firm specializing in publicly traded\u00a0REITs, REOCs, along with\u00a0private equity real\u00a0estate companies.\u00a0 There he published capital market institutional equity research reports, focused on private placement of equity and debt, and assisted the Koll Company in their development of a real estate fund, value-added REIT, and a joint venture for remediation of environmentally distressed property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Mr. Martin also has twenty\u00a0years of commercial real estate brokerage experience including\u00a0Grubb &amp; Ellis Company and was a founding partner of Lee &amp; Associates. There he\u00a0specialized in\u00a0leasing, development and investment sales of\u00a0institutional quality assets.\u00a0 Prior to\u00a0that he was a senior planner for an architectural\u00a0design firm where he assisted landlords and tenants in lease negotiations from the design\/planning process through completion of tenant improvements of office space, industrial and retail properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #023864;\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/lwipartners.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/mike1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-255\" src=\"https:\/\/lwipartners.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/mike1.jpg\" alt=\"mike1\" width=\"146\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #013d6b;\">Michael V. Randall, CEO, Chief Investment Officer\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:michael.randall@lwipartners.com\">michael.randall@lwipartners.com<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Mr. Randall has\u00a040 years of real estate investment experience representing both private and institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of over 35 million square feet (over $2 Billion) in all product types.\u00a0 In 2010 he founded Randall Realty Advisors, Inc., where he represented investors in the sale and acquisition of their investment properties.\u00a0 He also provided consulting services for the acquisition and due diligence process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Prior to 2010, Mr. Randall spent 29 years at Grubb &amp; Ellis Company, one of the largest national real estate firms in the U.S.\u00a0 Twenty of those years he was a Senior Vice President, Vice Chairman and Co-Chairman of the company&#8217;s Institutional Investment Group where he exclusively represented some of the West Coast&#8217;s largest property owners in the disposition and acquisition of their major properties.\u00a0 Clients included major pension funds, institutional investors, REITs, offshore investors and many high net worth private families.
